Ecocitrus Cooperative
We are a cooperative system that generates income directly for family farming, using techniques that preserve and restore the environment.
The organic and biodynamic fruits processed in our factory are cultivated by small farmers from southern Brazil, especially in the Vale do Caí, the main production region of this crop in Rio Grande do Sul.

Pioneering Socio-Environmental Responsibility
Ecocitrus Cooperative operates under fair trade principles, certified by Flocert since 2005. Our organic production is certified by the IBD seal, being cooperative number 001 in Rio Grande do Sul, certified since 2000, reinforcing our pioneering role in environmental respect.
The Ecocitrus Cooperative of Ecological Citrus Growers of Vale do Caí – Ecocitrus was officially founded on November 2, 1994, by 15 founding members. Initially established as an association, the fifteen founders who pioneered this work believed that another type of agriculture was possible in the Vale do Caí region: without pesticides, preserving the health of the planet and of each consumer.
